A Day of Discovery

We invite you to a day of discovery where you will explore yourself, your goals and emotions facilitated through a horse-human connection and activities in the equine environment.

The day focus on a set of characteristic problem-solving tasks set in a prescribed equine environment which impels the participants to master the skills needed to solve these problems and which in turn serves to recognise the meaning and direction of their life experience. The primary purpose of the day is to provide you with an amount of experientially derived information about yourself, your attitude, behaviours and values through interactions with others (horse and human) which can be transfered to bring about personal change in your life.

The day will engage you through experiences and opportunities where you are required to be open minded, take inicitive, make decissions and be accountable for results.  These opportunities aim to nurture to explore and to examine personal values.

What's included in the day?

The day will bring you a range of activities, from Equine faciliatated, to theraputic, to mindfulness.  All are designed and delivered to encourage reflection, explore self-examination and emphisise the 'here and now' to be in the moment.  It will include individual activities and group work.
